Having my emails not go to your inbox folder makes them useless.
It becomes a waste of my time and yours. Please make sure you do the following to ensure the delivery of my emails.
1. Add Me to your Address Book
To ensure they are not marked as spam, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book and whitelist my email address.
I also have a vCard to make this easier for you.
2. Move My Emails to the Primary Tab
The second applies if you are using Google’s Gmail or G Suite, which is most subscribers.
It’s possible Google will automatically move my emails to another tab. To fix this, just drag any email of mine to the Primary tab. Usually, the emails go to the “Updates” tab but in some cases, they might go to the “Promotions” tab.
This will “teach” Google that future emails will go to the correct tab.
Remember you can unsubscribe at any time. No need to be lazy and mark me as spam. Just click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email.
